Credit & Billing FAQ
Do my credits ever expire?
No. Purchased credits are permanently valid and never expire — buy a pack now and use it whenever the meme calls.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
What happens if a generation fails?
Confirmed failed generations automatically return the credits they used. A pending or processing task keeps its credits until the outcome is confirmed — if it ends up failing, the credits come back on their own.
How many credits does one video use?
Every scene is 12 seconds. Basic costs 80 credits at 768P or 130 at 2K. Premium costs 170 at 480P, 380 at 720P, or 950 at 1080P. One-time packs start at $19.90 for 400 credits. Credits never expire, and confirmed failed generations return their credits.
